TECHNOLOGY

INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE FLOORS AND AREAS

CONCRETE FABRICATION TECHNOLOGY

  • we apply high effective technology of concrete composition fabrication using the floating vibratory strips = in this case there is no need to use slides = surface without operational joints
  • Planarity and level are constantly controlled with the aid of rotary laser beam from the beginning of the concrete composition loading until the finish.
  • Surface is reinforced and hardened by shooting mixture on the base of concrete, and consequently treated by large-scale rotary !leveling machines! and !smoothing machines!. The type of shooting mixture is proposed with respect to the requirements of the future operation, super-load, heavy-duty, specifications of color, and if the case may be, the inhibition of the final layer permeability.
  • Dilatation is carried out by Scoff-cut system where the dilatation joints are cut in newly polished concrete, i.e. before the beginning of its setting during which the highest strain in the concrete board occurs. This technology prohibits the occurrence of shrinking fractures.
  • productivity : 900 - 1200 m2/day/team

THE BENEFITS OF THE PREPACT CONCRETING TECHNOLOGY WITH THE SURFACE FINISH APPLICATION OF MINERAL SHOOTING

  • production of the concrete board at one time with the surface finish
  • one-layer floor = compact unit, no danger of the final layer peeling of
  • floor without operational joints
  • high bearing strength of the final layer
  • high resistance to the detrition
  • dustless, non-slippery, esthetic appearance
  • paying first cost

    SELF-LEVELING CONCRETE FLOORS

  • Self-leveling concrete floors designed for leveling and surface finish of industrial floors (suitable mainly for correction of concrete bearing boards). This technology allows the application of cast layer already from the thickness of 5 mm.
  • leveling, cast self-leveling coats designed for the leveling of the bottom layers, from 3 - 70 mm, for interiors in apartments, office constructions, administration buildings etc. with the maximum load up to 350 kg/m2
